Warranty and Return
If your item has an issue, please submit a ticket to our Support Center indicated the following details
- 1. Please tell us your order number and product code, explain the issue with your item details, including the cause and date of the issue.
- 2. Please tell us what actions you have already taken to resolve the issue.
- 3. Please send us clear pictures or video of the defects (under 2MB) in a good lighting of both the product and outer packaging.
Please kindly follow the instructions given the RMA/ warranty process above. Only defective items can be returned for a full compensation
1. If you are not satisfied with a product because it is faulty, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange within a period of 30 days after you have received it. Shipping fees to return the item back to us will be the responsibility of the customer.
2. If the product works but you do not wish to retain it, you can also send it back within a 30 day period for an exchange or a partial refund. You have to cover the shipping cost both ways. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a product doesn’t work, you can send it back to us for a repair provided it is within 3 months from the date of purchase. As the buyer, you will pay the shipping fees for returning the original item back to us, and we will pay the shipping fees to return the item to you.
Unless otherwise noted on the product page, the product warranty period is one year from the date of purchase.
Within a period of 3 months from the purchase date, buyers can send back items for free repairs. Buyers pay the shipping fees for sending the item back to us, while we pay the shipping fees to return the item back to the buyer.
After the 3 month warranty period, buyers can still send the item back for repair. However, the buyer is responsible for paying all the shipping fees both ways.
Note: If the buyer has damaged the item(s), the warranty will be void. If components need to be changed, we will charge for the original value of any components. In this case, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees involved in the repair process.

1. If we sent you the wrong item, we will either exchange the item or refund you in full.
2. If you made a mistake by ordering the wrong item, we will either refund you partially if you keep the item or you may request to return the item for a full refund or an exchange.
Shipping fees to return the item(s) to us will be covered fully by the customer. For exchanges, the customer will pay all shipping fees.
Please carefully check the package’s content before signing for the delivery.
Then please submit a ticket with your order number and indicate to us which item or accessory is missing along with pictures of the outer packaging. We will offer you a solution once we have received this information.
We include a size chart on every garment’s product page we sell. Customers are fully responsible for selecting the right size before ordering. That said, we will always do our best to help you.
1. If you have ordered the wrong size: Please inform us by using the ticket system and indicate your order number, SKU number and pictures of the item as explained in the warranty process above. Partial refunds are offered if you decide to keep the item. If you wish to exchange the product or return it for a full refund, we will give you an RMA form. All shipping fees to return the item(s) to us and to resend an exchange are paid by the customer.
2. If we sent an item that does not match our size chart: Please contact us with your order details, order number, SKU number and clear picture of the item. Please put your item on a table and measure the main parts (chest, waist, and shoulders). We consider the size is incorrect if there is a 3 cm or 1.18-inch difference between the size chart and the actual product’s size. Once we receive all your order details and your photos, we will be able to resend you an alternative size or to refund you in full.
All items must be returned unused/unworn with original tags intact and must be accompanied by the RMA form. A returned item that does not match our policy requirements will not be accepted.

Returns for exchange or store credit are accepted within 30 days from the date you received the item, this is only applicable to damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).
-Underwear and swimming suits and earrings cannot be returned nor refunded.
-RC Toys suffer from natural wear and tear from the moment you start using them. Our warranty only covers DOA instances where the product is faulty out of the box. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product(s) carefully upon arrival. The warranty does NOT cover RC Toys that have been crashed, been damaged or lost due to either extended use or misuse of any kind. We advise proper supervision as we cannot accept liability for any injury, accidents or damage caused by the product or your use of it.
– Discounted items, sale items, and special offers are not covered by the warranty.
